The Brown household celebrated Christmas at home a little early this year before our drive to Chicago for the 25th (and our departure day is quickly approaching)…plus some came in pretty handy for the journey. Morgan received a Stride 'N Ride Lion which she enjoyed even when it was still in the box (music would start playing when you hit his nose).
She anxiously helped Mommy assemble the lion and loved when Daddy pushed her around the house. Check out her face as soon as he stops.
It was really neat to see that by the end of the weekend Morgan had started figuring out how to push it by herself; she was so proud.
Morgan also received a new forward facing car seat. Considering we have over a 16 hr drive ahead of us, she will soon realize that the gift of facing forward for the ride is the best gift ever.
Mommy and Daddy's gift to each other, a Garmin GPS, is sure to be useful on the drive too. Morgan's gift to Mommy and Daddy? Tons of hugs and kisses.
